Return and Refund Policy

All new products carry a 6month manufacturer warranty.

Return or Refunds

• Faulty goods are covered by Manufacturer return to base warranty terms (Goldshell, Antminer, Innosilicon etc)
• Goods must meet particular criteria - as per manufacturer guidelines
• Used or refurbished goods do not carry a return policy. All used and refurbished units are tested and verified before shipping. 
• Miners used outside of specifications will not be covered under warranty.
• Any opened circuits, cases or broken seals will void warranty. 
• Return postage is to be paid by the consumer.
