All endeavours will be made to ensure our customers are well looked after and treated fairly and with respect. We in turn would appreciate that same courtesy in return as we always strive to act with integrity and honour.

Metamining Australia reserves the right to:

• Withdraw and cancel contracts, goods, services, and make financial transactions if deemed unlawful, inappropriate, unfair or unreasonable.
• Every endeavour is made to fulfill customer orders as swiftly as possible and to minimize site maintenance and down time. 
• We reserve the rights to all material, videos and images posted and captured within our site. It is an offense to copy, use and plagiarize any material from our website without first seeking written permission.
• We do not tolerate spam or unsolicited information, all enquiries must go via our contact page or direct email info@metamining.com.au repeated spam emails will be blocked.
• We reserve the right to cancel any sales contracts that fall outside of our fairness policy and where terms and conditions have not been met. We will endeavour to honour all contracts where fair and reasonable, however, due to the nature of the crypto market volatility we cannot always uphold sales prices outside of the stated period on the invoice (generally 3 days unless specified).
